Content and campaigns to grow the Academy
Good courses do not help anyone if nobody knows they exist. The Academy had a solid, growing catalog, but it was not consistently getting in front of the people who would benefit, internally or externally, so enrollment lagged behind what the content could actually support.
The pattern I wanted to break was the one-off blast: a big announcement, a brief spike, then silence until the next one. Attention built that way evaporates. What a learning platform needs is a steady presence people come to expect.
More sign-ups and completions across the catalog
A more recognizable Academy brand, internally and with customers
Launches that land, because content and timing line up with product marketing
A steady drumbeat of learner communication instead of one-off blasts
I'm always open to discussing new projects and opportunities in learning technology.
