An AI-assisted course authoring and admin platform for Solace Academy

Running Solace Academy mostly meant me, by hand, moving between four systems that do not talk to each other: Docebo for the LMS, Salesforce for customer and purchase data, Auth0 for identity, and Accredible for credentials. Provisioning a customer's training, migrating a learner's email domain, issuing a badge after the fact, pulling a report, every one of those was a manual sequence of clicks across tabs, and every one was easy to get subtly wrong.
None of it scaled. The work grew with the Academy, but it was all tied to one person doing it carefully, which is a bad place for a platform that internal teams, customers, and partners all depend on. A fat-fingered migration or a missed enrollment is not an inconvenience when it is someone's access on the line.
Authoring had its own version of the problem. Every course lived inside a proprietary tool, so the content was effectively locked in that format, and there was no systematic way to tell which courses had drifted out of date as products shipped and changed. Keeping the catalog accurate was a matter of remembering to go look.
Courses live in an open, structured format, not locked in a proprietary tool
Audit and rebuild happen in one loop, so a rewrite starts from what's already out of date
Scores the AI can't inflate, computed in code rather than by the model
People stay in control, with every AI change validated before it ships
Customer-facing content stays accurate, tied to official sources with visible provenance
Every live change is reversible, with dry runs, logs, backups, and undo
I'm always open to discussing new projects and opportunities in learning technology.
