An AI assistant built into the Academy
Learners had questions the moment they opened a course, and a lot of them were the same handful over and over: where do I find this, how do I get my certificate, why can't I access that. Those questions either went unanswered in the moment or waited on me to reply, which is slow for the learner and a steady, low-value drain on my time.
There was a discovery problem underneath it too. With a growing catalog, people could not always find the course that actually fit what they needed, so some bounced before they ever started. A FAQ page does not fix that, because nobody reads the FAQ at the exact moment they are stuck.
Fewer of the repeat questions that used to land in support
Learners get answers in the moment instead of waiting on a reply
Better content discovery, so people find the right course faster
Around-the-clock help without adding headcount
I'm always open to discussing new projects and opportunities in learning technology.
