An advanced course on tuning DMR links for throughput and latency

Plenty of developers know DMR basics, but tuning it is a separate skill that most people never get taught. When traffic spikes or links stretch across continents, an untuned mesh underperforms in ways that are hard to diagnose if you have only ever seen the happy path, and there was nothing past a DMR 101 level to close that gap.
This is an advanced-audience problem: the people who need it already know the fundamentals, so a course that re-explains the basics wastes their time, and one that hand-waves the hard parts does not help them. It had to go deep without losing them.
Takes developers past DMR basics into real performance tuning
Explains link anatomy and tuning around latency and message rate
Hands-on scenario so learners practice the tuning themselves
